Max Azria, famed designer and founder of the BCBG fashion label, shares a moment with Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa before an October 6 event to make a splash for the upcoming Fashion Week, which will feature runway shows in various locations around Downtown and other parts of the city. Here’s hoping the buzz grows into some business gains during Fashion Week, with buyers from retail chains and specialty shops adding to the fun by spending some money to restock stores around the U.S. with the latest selections from plenty of Los Angeles labels.
