Max Azria, famed designer and founder of the BCBG fashion label, shares a moment with Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa before an October 6 event to make a splash for the upcoming Fashion Week, which will feature runway shows in various locations around Downtown and other parts of the city.
