More on DLANC’s Latino Problem

Thanks for your recent Commentary regarding the reasons for the lack of Latino/American participation in the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council [“Behind DLANC’s Dismal Turnout: No Latinos Need Apply,” issue of June 20].

I intend to continue to bring this matter to the attention of DLANC’s board.
